About

The Cambridge Chamber Music Festival was founded with a vision to bring exceptional chamber music to the heart of the Waipā District. Set in the picturesque town of Cambridge, the festival celebrates both artistic excellence and a strong sense of community.

New Zealand-born Artistic Directors Todd Gibson-Cornish and Amanda Verner are joined by Jessica Oddie, Ken Ichinose, and the Argyle Trio to present a thoughtfully curated program that blends beloved classics with exciting new discoveries.

With the beautiful Cambridge Town Hall as its central venue, the festival aims to create an inspiring and accessible cultural experience for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Cambridge Town Hall

We are delighted to announce the very first Cambridge Chamber Music Festival, launching in 2025—a bold new celebration of live music, artistic excellence, and community connection.

This inaugural festival marks the beginning of an exciting partnership with Cambridge Town Hall, a cornerstone of civic life and culture. Together, we’re bringing chamber music into the heart of the city, offering audiences intimate, unforgettable performances in one of Cambridge’s most historic venues.
