About

The Cambridge Chamber Music Festival was founded to bring outstanding chamber music to the heart of the Waipā District. Set in the beautiful town of Cambridge, the festival creates opportunities for audiences and musicians to connect through live performance.

Following a successful inaugural year, Directors Todd Gibson-Cornish and Amanda Verner, together with Artistic Partners Ken Ichinose and Jessica Oddie, return to lead the festival into its second season. Together, they have curated a programme that brings New Zealand and international artists to Cambridge, combining much-loved chamber music with new discoveries, collaborations, and a newly commissioned work.

With the historic Cambridge Town Hall as its home, the festival continues to grow as a place for shared musical experiences and connection. Through performances, collaborations, and opportunities such as the CCMF Festival Orchestra, the festival invites young musicians to perform alongside professional artists and take part in this unique celebration of chamber music.
